Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code is Semi-Formal attire. This may include a nice button up shirt and dress pants, a suit, floor length or midi length dresses. No jeans, no short cocktail dresses, no t-shirts please! Additionally our ceremony will be outside, on grass so re-think stilettos! (who wants to dance in heels anyways?) If you are still unsure of what to wear, feel free to reach out to us. We are hoping for warm weather but it will be October so, prepare accordingly.

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated when you RSVP online.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens.

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking.

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. As such we will be offering shuttles to and from the venue. Shuttle meet up point will be at 2:15 PM at the Homewood Suites by Hilton at 361 Queen Street. The shuttle will pick everyone up at the end of the night at 11:30PM to be dropped off at the Homewood Suites. For those not wanting to stay till 11:30PM, there will also be a shuttle available at 9PM to bring your back to the Homewood Suites.

Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated smoking area (No, you cannot smoke in the parking lot). Guests seen smoking outside of the designated area will be warned once before being asked to leave the property and/or fines will be applied to damages.

We will provide a cash-only bar with spirits, beer, wine and cocktails (as well as non-alcoholic options). Wine will be on us during dinner!

Please RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept your response is August 5th, 2024. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point.

The ceremony will begin at 3:30PM EST. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to assure you do not miss anything and allow us to begin on time!

We kindly ask that you put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a fabulous photographer and will share all those photos with you!
